CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required from guests intending to cancel or reschedule appointments.

This timeframe is crucial for Sunless Glow as it affects our ability to accommodate other clients.

Guests who do not provide sufficient notice (less than 24 hours) will incur a charge amounting to 50% of the reserved service fee. In cases of "no-shows," or cancellations within the hour of their appointment, the full service (100%) amount will be charged.

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be rescheduled to prevent any inconvenience to the subsequent scheduled client and are subject to cancellation/no-show fees.
