Refund policy
Please read the following Terms and Conditions very carefully prior to placing your order with Sunless Glow LLC.
All sales are final. If your item is defective by manufacturer error & a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund/store gift card (we will try to accommodate exchanges should we have an extra in stock). To qualify for a refund, you must contact an admin within 3 business days of receiving the defective item. Once approved, you have 5 business days to return the defective item in its original package with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns with tags removed, items that have been worn or washed, product used or items not in original packaging. No exceptions!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 business days once item has been delivered to email us about a defect issue or missing item. After this time period, we will not refund or credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Local Pick Up: This option is for LOCAL Customers only. Do not select this option if you need your order shipped. Once your order is ready: You will receive a FB message (if available) or Text, receive a Shop app notification and will receive a Shopify email. You have 5 days from the date of being tagged to pick up your items. If you fail to pick up your items you will receive an invoice to ship your items.
